Sheryl Walden has been Director of Children’s Ministry for the past 15 years. Prior to coming to Hillside, she taught elementary school.
Harmony Bathauer, the Assistant Director of Celebration Arts, has a passion for music and youth that led her to create Hillside Arts Academy. Harmony believes strongly in using the arts as a tool to lead youth to a deeper understanding of who Christ is.

Alan Aylor, after 20 years of management in the private sector, joined the staff of Hillside Community (HCC) as Executive Pastor and Director of their Sports Ministry. He is excited about serving God with excellence knowing that, through the ministries of HCC, kids and their families are exposed to the reality of life with and in Jesus Christ.
