Dr. Joseph L. Gueste serves as a part-time Church Ministry Coach – Black Church Ministries. He is the pastor and church planter of Trinity Baptist Church in Moreno Valley, CA, where he has served since 1984.

He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of LaVerne, and holds two Masters of Ministry degrees as well as a Doctor of Ministry degree.

In addition to his ministry experience, Joe served his country as a United States Marine, which included one tour in Viet Nam, and he has twenty years experience in the Aerospace Industry. 

He is married to Verdean, and together they parent six adult children--three girls and three boys, and have eleven grandchildren and one great grand.
