After serving six years as the Associate Pastor of the University Baptist Church in Bakersfield, CA, Dr. Ross Chenot successfully planted a church in Fontana, CA, where he ministered for thirteen years.  In 1996 Ross joined the staff of Transformation Ministries, where he has served pastors and churches in a variety of capacities.  Ross holds his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Currently, Ross serves as Mission Operations Director with oversight of TM administration, communication, finances and property.  He also is active in coaching churches through transition during the search for a new pastor.

Dr. Chenot is happily married to Carol, author of "The Leaderbuilder," and they have two grown sons and two grandchildren.  He is an avid cyclist and has pedaled coast-to-coast on several occasions.
