Dr. William "Willie" C. Nolte is CEO/Mission Lead of Transformation Ministries, coming to this position with a rich background of training and pastoral experience, first in the mid-West and then in Northern California.

Willie received his BA from Judson College, Elgin, IL; an MA in Old Testament Biblical Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL; a Master of Divinity from the American Baptist Seminary of the West in Berkeley, CA; and a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from Western Seminary in Portland, OR.

With over thirty years of ministry experience, Dr. Nolte has been a mentor pastor and pastor cluster facilitator, and has been highly involved as a community leader in a variety of outreach ministries.

Willie has been married to Joy for thirty-one years.  They have three adult children, one teenager and one grandson.
